End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you and NovaBranch Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Agreement governs your use of the AuraCheck mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Age Restriction
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By agreeing to this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
AuraCheck is a community-driven platform. We maintain a strictly enforced, zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User-Generated Content (UGC) that:
- Is defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech, violence, or self-harm.
- Contains explicit sexual content, pornography, or unsolicited nudity.
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users.
- Depicts illegal acts, substance abuse, or dangerous activities.
- Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
3. Content Moderation & User Safety
To ensure a safe environment, AuraCheck provides built-in safety mechanisms. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to our moderation enforcement:
- Reporting: Users can flag any video for review using the “Report Content” button.
- Blocking: Users can immediately hide all current and future content from specific creators using the “Block User” button.
- 24-Hour Review: Our moderation team actively monitors the platform. We commit to reviewing all flagged content within 24 hours of it being reported.
- Ejection: If a user is found to have violated our Zero Tolerance Policy, the offending content will be permanently removed, and the abusive user’s account will be immediately terminated and permanently banned from the App.
4. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5. User-Generated Content License
You retain ownership of the videos and content you create. However, by uploading content to AuraCheck, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content strictly within the App to operate the platform’s core feed and leaderboard functionalities.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting your account and removing the App from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind. NovaBranch Pte. Ltd. does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
